This cake is to die for, so rich and chocolaty! I use the value chocolate in the supermarkets which are about 30p or if you have a lidl near you they do chocolate for as cheap as 19p!
I found this recipe after seeing it on restaurants menus and I had to do it, you can even make it all up in advance and just pop it in the oven when you need it!!
With a little thick cream this makes a brilliant dinner party dessert!

Even if you are not a good baker this is a brilliant dessert to start you off with! You just have to get the timings right so you get that melt in the middle centre which everyone loves!
